HAPPY BIRTHDAY XIAOTING! (a few days late though. haha.)
KIDS SHOWS!
haha. i was flipping channels just now after going home from school really early. haha. YES! i find term 3 really slack in terms of timetable. (though not really in terms of workload! haha.) today i reached home at like before 11(am not pm btw.) haha. oops and i just realized i broke a school rule by doing that. i think? haha.
WOOO. anyway, ya. so i was flipping channels and i saw BLUES CLUES! WTMAN. my favourite show for a period of time. that show has great appeal haha. esp for young kids. and big kids who grew older each year but nv really grew up (like me. HAHA.)
and seriously i think the show really has all the elements of a good show! and it has suspense! unlike most other kids shows which arent those 'superhero' in nature. (except maybe sesames street)! cos u wanna figure out blues clues haha.
but i wonder whether 'steve' the guy acting in blues clues ever feels retarded dancing to all the blues clues songs? haha. but whatever it is i think he does it really well.
well done man! childhood cartoons always bring back good memories! GO WATCH IT IF U HAVENT! i found it more interesting than the live earth concert honestly. LOL. no offence to environmentalists of course. haha. maybe its cos george bush has always been more entertaining to watch than al gore. haha.
CHECKUP!
on another note, i went for my medical checkup on tuesday! and i dare say that if thats what the next two years is going to be like, its really going to be an unforgettable experience. haha. went with si rui and aaron. then some of the ppl there call us 'RJ' cos we were wearing rj pe uniform haha.
LOL! first station was urine test! which was in my opinion harder than the iq test HAHA. cos si rui and i both went toilet right before the test! (sorry for mild crudeness here. lol.) but no one should ever do that. very unwise indeed.
then there was this guy who did the blood test. who threw aarons file on the ground (like IMSURE!) jokingly. haha. when he found out that aaron had relatives with a blood condition. LOL. then 3 of us all super stunned. and worse still for me. it happened when i had the blood test needle inside of me! THEN CANNOT LAUGH properly later the needle poke through my skin haha.
anyway, then there were many other stations ending off with the long iq test. LOL. the first 2 example questions were really simple. LOL. they were something like: (modified in case some man comes and sues me for leaking questions. haha)
1. what is the first letter of the alphabet?
(1) W (2) X (3) P (4) Q (5) A
2. john has 3 shirts. mary gives him 2 shirts how many shirts does he have now?
(1) 3 (2) 5 (3) 4 (4) 6 (5) 2
something liddat. really quite man. it got harder with time though. haha.
and after we finished, we went to eat BOTAK JONES BURGER! which owns carls junior! and aaron the crazy man added 7 bucks worth of toppings which made his burger double the sizes of si ruis and mine. wTMAN. (the burger alone cost 6 bucks btw. LOL)

AND YA! on wednesday i had a good chat with my old friend zhenglei who i hear has start up a selling and delivering donuts business. GO TO http://dunkindonuts.zlhub.com/ and check it out! haha. really quite cool =)
haha. ppl who are bold enough to out against the norm and start a business in schoollife really deserve at least a thumbs up. and definitely, theres valuable lessons to be learnt in the business world tt no school can offer i believe. haha.
indeed it makes the saying 'my education started when my schooling ended' even the more appropriate.
unfortunately, for me though. less entrepreneural (is there such a word?) me that is and many of us. lifes still back to h3 chem and the test tmr. haha.
